Pick something with a clear deliverable. A deck, a forecast, a campaign email series. Work shines when the outcome is concrete.

    Switch to Work

    In ChatGPT on web, mobile or desktop, choose Work instead of Chat. On desktop, link a project folder if the task needs local files.

    Describe the outcome

    Tell Work what finished looks like: format, audience, templates and sources. The clearer the brief, the less back and forth.

    Review the plan

    Work shows its approach before diving in. Adjust direction, answer clarifying questions and approve actions that need a human yes.

    Ship the deliverable

    Iterate side by side until the spreadsheet, deck, site or report is ready. Share with colleagues and capture what worked in Learning Hour.
